About me

I've been managing product development since 2010, with experience across classic IT (ABBYY, Kaspersky, HeadHunter), enterprise (Globus, Sber), and startups (Yandex bootcamp). I have a technical background and began my career as a business analyst.

I’ve worked on web and mobile apps, primarily in B2C. I have deep expertise in launching products from scratch and scaling them to hundreds of thousands of users - building teams and processes along the way.

Strong in finding product-market fit, mapping user journeys, uncovering real customer pains, and reducing friction in product use.

I also have mentoring experience in product management (Women in Tech program).

At the moment I’m working on a pet project using LLM-based tools (Cursor) - a product manager’s assistant where I’m testing the applicability of neural networks for various product management tasks.
